Terms and ConditionsA detailed specification will be produced for each order and must be agreed by the client before work can begin. Any amendment to the job specification will be agreed and included as an addendum. Work is charged at 20 euros per hour or on a per job basis agreed with the customer. Invoices will be issued Via Challenge & Co, Société de Portage Salarial and VAT will be charged where applicable. New customers to Do My Admin are required to pre-pay for their work. Share and Power customers must pay for their online office space annually in advance. On cancellation you first remove all files from your storage space on cancellation. Additional storage and team members will be charged pro rata and these costs are also payable in advance. Existing customers will be invoiced on completion of work or monthly in the case of ongoing contracts. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice. All work produced will be backed up on to hard copy media and retained for 90 days or as agreed with the client. Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Timescales for corrections are detailed in the job specification. Additional work will be charged at the agreed hourly rate. I have e-mail virus protection and all e-mails are scanned. It is the client's responsibility to scan all materials received from me.
