I then created a newsletter for their customers and used the database to produce a mix of e-mails and letters. To comply with best practise they needed to give customers the option to unsubscribe from their mailing list. Potentially generating paperwork not business. I set up an e-mail account for them so that I could send out the newsletters, monitor replies and update their mailing list if required. The set up is now complete so future mailings will take a minimal amount of their time or mine. 4) They needed the personal touch for their approach to architects so I compiled database for them along with contact details, web site links and descriptions so that they could choose who they wished to approach.
