I understand that I am in a privileged position and will not abuse this by passing on any information about you, your company, its personnel or clients to a third party without your prior consent.

I will take reasonable care of any information transmitted by hard copy or digital format such that it is not readable in the public domain and will not end up in the public domain.

Any subcontractor used by my Online admin service to carry out work on behalf of my clients will be required to adhere to these conditions.

I have e-mail virus protection and all e-mails are scanned. It is the client's responsibility to scan all materials received.

I will not open any e-mail attachments that I am not expecting.
